Photography

I have been lucky enough to travel much of Australia and the world with work and on bike trips. This has enabled my to take a lot of photos, originally with a Canon film SLR using mostly slide film and more recently with a Canon Digital SLR.

I currently maintain three photo galleries, the main gallery, one for my old Martial Arts school and one for my family. All of these galleries use the Gallery2 software and each has a unique theme (so I can tell them apart). All of the links on this page open into a new browser window.

Main Gallery

The Main Gallery contains all of my travel photos, both overseas and within Australia. Most are from work trip overseas, some are from bike trips and others are just from around town.

This list may not be 100% up to date. I often add new albums and don’t remember to update this page. The album tree in the sidebar is dynamic and always shows the latest album list.

The albums in this gallery are:

  1. PLACES – Places I have visited on work trips, organised by country.
  2. NATURE
  3. OTHER
  4. BIKE TRIPS
    • Labour Day (2008) – A three-day trip though south west Victoria, including some of the Great Ocean Road and The Grampians.
    • Vic/NSW Trek (2006) – A four-day trip over the Melbourne Cup weekend up and over the Vic/NSW high country and back again.
    • Bourke Trip (2005) – A four-day trip to Bourke, NSW and back.
    • The Trek, Tassie (2003) – A four-day weekend spent doing a lap of Tasmania.

This list will be updated as albums are added.

Bushidokan Photos

I train in Bushidokan, a mixed martial art, in the Ultimate Martial Arts centre in Heathmont.

I’ve become the unofficial photographer for the gradings and other events. I have a gallery dedicated to Bushidokan Grading Photos. We use this site so members and their families and friends can select photos for printing.

Edwards Family Gallery

I also maintain a Family Photo Album for our relatives and friends. It contains a record of the Edwards family holidays, outings and other activities over the years.

This gallery is not publicly viewable.
